When and how am I allowed to cancel an order?

We will cancel an item before your purchases are prepared for dispatch. You have to cancel the current order and put a new order in order to alter an item/order. It can not be cancelled until the order is delivered.

can products be changed or replaced?

We do not currently have the facility for an object to be exchanged. You may place a request for return & place a new order
How do I arrange for a pick-up? I need to return an item.
By going into My Account and clicking on RETURNS, within 7 days of order delivery, you can trigger a return for your order . Please call Customer Service on +91 9319375781, Monday to Saturday on business days (excluding public holidays), or write to us at for further detail.
What is the Return pickup process?

If you click on RETURN on your account, we will start the pick-up process, asking our logistics partners to arrange a pick-up from your door step. They're going to call you to get the product picked up. Packing instructions will be sent via e-mail to you.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

When are returns not possible?

When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.

  • Return needs to initiate within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return needs to initiate within 24 hours from the date of delivery for following items.
    • Jewellery
    • Watches
    • Sunglasses
    • Cufflinks
  • Perfumes/ Fragrances once bought cannot be returned
  • Items of the order is used.
  • The tags of the items is removed
When are Refunds provided?

Refunds will be initiated after the products have reached our warehouse and has cleared the basic checks

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the order was placed, it usually takes 7 working days to reflect in your account

We promise full refund for the item.

      • IWe would be happy to refund the sum if you have any problems with your order, particularly in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects. Within 7 days after receipt, please return the unused item with tags.
